Opening your kit after payment

Choose your province and pay first at checkout. No sign-in or email verification is required before payment. We email a magic sign-in link to the address you pay with. Check spam, use the resend button on your payment confirmation page, or request a new link using that same address. Your saved purchase stays attached to that email if delivery fails.

Help us find the problem

Tell us which page or download you were using, your province and the error message, if any. For account questions, write from the email address you use with Namesake. Please do not include private ID numbers, ID scans or completed government forms.

30-day money-back guarantee

If Namesake is not right for you, email hello@namesake.life within 30 days of your purchase, from the address on your account, to request a refund. Every request is reviewed and approved manually; approved refunds are paid in full to your original payment method. Your kit access ends once the refund is processed. Government fees paid directly to an agency are separate.
